SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All products that we have on the website qualify for home delivery only, at the moment. An email confirmation will be sent once your order/s is ready to be delivered to your home.

How does it work?

Simple:

  1. Say; you purchase a cake from us, from the website.
  2. Once you’ve ordered a cake, along with the email confirmations sent back and forward we then start creating that specific cake you’ve ordered. On average it takes us between 3-4 days maximum to create the cake.
  3. Once we’ve created the cake then we will send you another email confirming that the cake has been custom created for you and that we are ready to deliver the cake to the designated address you have specified in your initial order. If you live in Watford you will have your cake delivered on the same working day as it’s been finished. If you live outside Watford it usually takes a maximum of up to 2 days to deliver the cake.

All times and dates given by email for product delivery are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We do not offer international shipping. All products sold on this website are only for UK customers with addresses in the UK.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

No. There are no other shipping restrictions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DO YOU CHARGE DIFFERENT SHIPPING FEES FOR GIFT CARDS?

No, we don’t. There is no shipping fee for the gift cards sold on our website because we only deliver them by email, electronically.
